Overview
Because Jvorex operates on an indipendent blockchain, it is not compatible with modern third-party wallets. As a result, you cannot restore your wallet directly into external applications using a standard recovery phrase. To regain access to your funds, you must follow the official Jvorex Recovery methods. Two supported recovery paths are available, depending on whether you still possess your four passwords:
Method A: Standard Recovery
If you still have your four Jvorex Passwords
If you are in possession of your four Jvorex passwords, please follow the procedure below:
Submit your identification details
You will be required to provide your full name, email address, and phone number, along with your four wallet passwords.
Select platoform
Specify your target platform so that we can generate the appropriate Jvorex Unlocker file format:
Windows : You will receive a .key file compatible with the Windows version of the Jvorex Recovery Wallet. Android : You will receive a .apk file compatible with the Android version of the Jvorex Recovery Wallet.Verification and generation of the Jvorex Unlocker file
Once the Jvorex support team receives and verifies your information, we will send you the Jvorex Unlocker file via email.
The unlocker file
This file is provided in .key or .apk format and contains a temporary 12-word seed phrase, which is encrypted using Base64 encoding. This temporary seed phrase is designed solely to grant you access to your Jvorex wallet and to enable transactions on the public blockchain.
Transfer your assets
With this temporary access, you will be able to move your funds to any new wallet of your choosing. You are free to select any third-party wallet that supports the compatible blockchain.
Important Note: The temporary 12-word seed phrase generated by Jvorex through this process is not the same as the seed phrase of your new personal wallet. Once you transfer your assets to a new wallet, that new wallet will have its own distinct seed phrase, which you must store securely. The Jvorex-generated seed phrase is only a recovery tool and should not be used as your permanent wallet backup.
